Hilary Dougherty
Hilary has over 10 years of coaching experience at the club and high school levels. A former Metro player, Hilary graduated from Mountain Lakes High School in NJ in 2005. At Mountain Lakes she captained both her lacrosse and soccer teams, earning numerous all-league, all-county, and all-state awards in both sports. Hilary continued her lacrosse career at the University of Pennsylvania where she was a four year starter on defense. She graduated from Penn in 2009 with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. Her collegiate playing honors include numerous Ivy League Defender of the Week awards, First Team All-American, First Team All-Ivy, All-Tournament selection, and Tewaarton Award Nominee. Hilary helped lead her team to 3 Ivy League Championship titles and 3 Final Four appearances. Hilary coached at Chatham High School in NJ from 2010 to 2017, as assistant from 2010-2012, and head coach from 2012-2017. Hilary is the Director of Communications for Metro Girls Lacrosse Club.
