Metro Lacrosse offers numerous opportunities throughout the year for your player to better herself in different areas of the game. We are lucky enough to have a staff spread out through the Tri-State area. This has allowed us to provide clinics to areas within the New York and New Jersey region.

Torne Valley Bubble – 115 Torne Valley Road, Hillburn, NY
Join us for this exciting clinic series! Each week a different professional women’s lacrosse player will be coaching the clinic. This is an amazing opportunity to learn from the very best in women’s lacrosse, right in your backyard. Each time slot is limited to only 25 players – the first 25 registered will get in. All positions are welcome. You must register for all four weeks, there is no pro-rate option available for this clinic series. Read more about each coach below!
Abby Bosco is a member of the Athletes Unlimited Professional Women’s Lacrosse League. Bosco is a Metro Alum from Suffern, NY. She played defense at the University of Pennsylvania from 2018-2021 and at University of Maryland from 2022-2023. Bosco was a four-year letter winner at Penn, receiving All-Ivy and Academic All-Ivy recognition. After Penn, Bosco continued her lacrosse career as a grad student at Maryland. Bosco was nominated twice for the Tewaaraton Award and received two First-Team IWLCA All-Mid-Atlantic Region commendations. At Maryland, Bosco was a two-time IWLCA All-American, Big Ten Conference Defender of the Year, and two-time First-Team All-Big Ten.
Livy Rosenzweig is a member of the Athletes Unlimited Professional Women’s Lacrosse League. Rosenzweig is a Metro Alum from Somers, NY. She played attack for Loyola Maryland from 2018 to 2022, and is just the second player in NCAA history to surpass 400 points with both 200 goals and 200 assists. She is a two-time Patriot League Attacker of the Year, a four-time IWLCA All-American, and a three-time Tewaaraton Award Top-25. In her final season with the Greyhounds, Rosenzweig led the team with 65 goals and powered them to an NCAA Quarterfinals berth.
Crysti Foote is a Team USA Coach and former professional women’s lacrosse player for the Baltimore Ride. Foote is a Metro Alum from Suffern, NY, formerly of Ontario, Canada. She was a Tewaaraton Award finalist and two-time IWLCA All-American at Notre Dame. She played in four World Cups for Team Canada, winning two silver and two bronze medals. Foote has coached at every level of the game: youth, high school, club, collegiate, and national. She has coached at Drew University, Columbia University, University of Notre Dame, University of Louisville, and University of Florida.
Taylor Cummings is a professional lacrosse player from Ellicott City, MD. Cummings is a former University of Maryland midfielder and current member of Team USA. At Maryland, Cummings won three conference Championships, and two NCAA National Titles. She was a four-time First Team All-American and the youngest woman ever to win the Tewaaraton Award, and the only three-time Tewaaraton Award winner (men’s or women’s). On Team USA, Cummings has won gold medals in both the FIL World Cup and World Games. Cummings has been a member of the New York Fight in the Women’s Professional Lacrosse League (WPLL) as well as the Athletes Unlimited Professional Women’s Lacrosse League.
