Alexa Mottola

A former Metro player, Coach Mottola brings three years of coaching at the youth level to Metro.  She graduated from Fair Lawn High School in 2018. She was a four-year varsity starter as a goalie and earned multiple First Team All-League honors, as well as being named “The Best Girls Lacrosse Goalie in the American Conference”.  She became the first lacrosse goalie in Fair Lawn High School history to surpass the 500 career save mark and finished her 4 years with a total 529 saves. Coach Mottola is a rising sophomore at Quinnipiac University, and will be graduating in 2024 with a Masters of Occupational Therapy degree with the hope of pursuing a post-graduate doctoral degree.  She is finding the best of both worlds at Quinnipiac and playing club lacrosse for the university! Coach Mottola is the goalie coach for Metro’s youth teams.

Meg Hogan

Coach Hogan will be joining the Metro Staff after she finishes her collegiate season in the spring.

Emily Rau

Coach Rau will be joining the Metro coaching staff when she finishes her collegiate season.

Lexie Wolfe

Coach Wolfe will be joining the Metro coaching staff when she finishes her collegiate season.

Hailey Bardorf

Hailey Bardorf is a former Metro player from New City, NY, joining the Metro family when she was 10 years old . She graduated from Clarkstown High School South in 2022.  At Clarkstown, Hailey was a varsity starting defender since freshman year and a team captain since her junior year season. Hailey is currently continuing her lacrosse career at Bentley University, where she plans to major in marketing with a sports management minor.  Coach Bardorf will join the Metro coaching staff when she finishes her collegiate season in the spring.

Emily Gorham

Emily Gorham graduated from Westwood High School in 2022 and had played for Metro for 6 years. At Westwood, she was a four time tri-varsity athlete and two time captain of her lacrosse team. She received First Team All League Freedom West Conference and Second Team All Group 1. Emily is in her sophomore year playing defense at the University of Vermont where she is studying biology.  Emily will be joining the Metro coaching staff when she finishes her collegiate season in the spring.

Kathryn Staker

Coach Kathryn will be joining the Metro coaching staff when she finishes her collegiate season in the spring.

Norah Austin

Norah Austin attended Mountain Lakes High School and went on to play at the University of Delaware. While there, her team made it to the CAA finals three times and she was named CAA all team honorable mention.  Norah coached the JV team at Chatham High School for 3 years and is now coaching the freshman team at Mountain Lakes High School.  She also works with the Mountain Lakes youth teams.  She works in international education and is the head coach of the Metro Magic 2032/33 team.
